Since the bad news that Pete Philly and Perquisite decided to stop working together as a duo, fans are eager for new material by either one of them. Producer Perquisite is the first to release a solo effort. On October 15th he’ll release the album Across.

We all know Perq for the often jazz-influenced productions on the releases with his former partner-in-crime Pete Philly, but it seems ‘Across’ is gonna be very diverse. Partly because the album features twelve guest vocalists in total. Among them are Janne Schra (formerly of Room Eleven), Torre Florim (De Staat), Tjeerd Bomhof (Voicst) and Cato van Dijck (The Souldiers).

Set Me Free
Check out the first official single ‘Set Me Free’ below, featuring sexy soul singers Urita and Sanguita. Over at Nalden you can download a dubstep remix of this song by Drumtrum, which appears on the single as well.
