Young German beatmaker Slim the Chemist has been digging in old dusty crates of South American music, resulting in a beattape focused around Brazilian samples. Em Poucas Palavras is a solid introspective voyage through savoury layered samples and deep emotive percussion.

You will probably hear some samples you recognize on here, and of course a great deal of tropical Brazilian spice. The only things used on this album were an old turntable and an MPC 1000, taking it back to basics.
