The legendary hip hop artist and graffiti writer Rammellzee (also known as RAMMΣLLZΣΣ) is no more. Yesterday he passed away at the age of 49.

The New Yorker is known for his theory on the style Gothic Futurism, which made him influental among Afro-Futurists. Besides that he made music and appeared in graffiti cult movies ‘Style Wars’ and ‘Wild Style’. The cause of Rammellzee’s death isn’t known or confirmed yet.
