Barcelona-based designer Patso recently shared a series called Changing Of The Guard on his Instagram page, merging photos of hip hop pioneers with their contemporary equals. Most of the photos merge surprisingly well and the matches are quite accurate.
Still, agreeing on a rapper’s successor is as difficult as agreeing on who the true G.O.A.T. is. So there’s enough food for good ol’ rap message board rants or Reddit discussions. But hey, ain’t that the fun?
