News: Tracklist and cover art of ‘Caramel Jazz – Urban Side’ on Tsutaya Records

After the original jazz compilation Caramel Jazz and two sequels, Japanese label Tsutaya Records now drops a third follow-up. Caramel Jazz – Urban Side is focused on jazz-influenced hip hop.

Music: Pete Philly & Perquisite – Hope (ft. Talib Kweli)

The compilation includes tracks by Kero One, Lightheaded, Pete Philly & Perquisite, Jazz Liberatorz, J. Rawls, Giant Panda, Hocus Pocus, Arts The Beatdoctor and Supersci. A selection of hip hop that experienced its own independent “golden era” in the late 2000s.

Caramel Jazz – Urban Side is the latest edition after the sequels Feel At Home curated by The Real Jazz Tribe, and the soft Cafe Collection. Below you find the official cover art, tracklist and a link to Tsutaya Records to purchase the compilation on CD. Next June it will also be available through other (possibly international) retailers.
