More talent coming from L.A.’s  Organized Threat collective, and this time it’s in the form of the exceptionally talented young rapper Gavlyn. A seriously soulful beat produced by Post-Tone coupled with a tight flow from Gavyln, speaking on everyday troubles and the path she wants to take.

The album came out on October 2nd and features collaborations with and beats from a number of rising stars. This is definitely not one to sleep on.

Emily West is a researcher, writer, DJ, artist and recent export to New York City. Across publications and gigs as STRAYDJ she deals in everything from hip hop to soul to noise. She is also a founding member of the Fat Beats Collective collaborative space for soul, jazz and hip hop connections, and moonlights by day as a research scientist.
