Stream: Duke Westlake – Everyone Changes
The good folks over at Mello Music Group have been releasing dope album after dope album, month after month. They aren’t stopping anytime soon with another release coming in July. That album will be coming from Californian producer Duke Westlake. This won’t be your average run of the mill producer’s album, as it clocks in at 30 tracks in three parts. As far as I can tell it almost seems to be a concept album.
Duke was the producer on Hometown Foreigner by fellow MMG artist Trek Life, which was released earlier this year. This first single, “Everyone Changes,” shows the versatility of Duke contrasted to Trek’s album.
This is a hard-hitting track with a little bit of a futuristic feel through the electronic influences. If this single is any indication, this is going to be an album you should keep your eyes and ears open for.
