Stream: Co$$ – Grayer Skies

Co$$ a.k.a. Cashius King is a long-time collaborator of Blu, Exile, Sene, Fashawn and other Dirty Science affiliated artists. On Grayer Skies the L.A.-based emcee shows he doesn’t need guest spots to shine all by himself. The album is the first half of an LP series, the second half being Bluer Skies dropping later this month. 

Grayer Skies is a reflection of Co$$’ introspective style, heavily influenced by boom bap and West Coast hip hop. Wil Madden (a.k.a. Hip Hop Essense) and The Find favourite Shag handle most of the productions. Blu, Denmark Vessey, Sene and Yamin Semali are the only guests on “Could It Be” and “Rainy Nights,” respectively.
