Free Download: Strand – Dub! / Mac 8 (+ More)

In collaboration with Laid Back Radio, musician/visual artist Strand will release a new 7″ record on May 15th. ‘Dub! / Mac 8’ is available now as a free download, but on May 15th there will be a limited amount of 300 copies available on vinyl.

On side A you will find ‘DUB!‘, a hymn to sound manipulation and psychedelic sounds, ranging from reggae to beatbox and bells. Pure bliss, ringing bells and a fantastic track to start your morning riding your bicycle at high-speed. On side B, there’s ‘Mac 8‘. Strand mixes his tough rhythms, 8-bit and dreamy synths with a jazzy guitar. It’s a fantastic track to start your night on a tramway. 

Introduction
Strand, in real life known as Miguel Gil Tertre, is a Spanish musician and visual artist who has released several recordings on labels as City Centre Offices and Project Mooncircle. To his musical resume you can add collaborations with artists as CYNE, Takeshi Nishimoto, Nongenetic (of Shadow Huntaz) and Hudson Mohawke, among others.
